Job Title: Maintenance Operative

Location: Eye

Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:15 - 16:00

Temporary to Permanent - Immediate Start!

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all facilities, including offices and production areas, are kept clean and tidy.

Perform general decorating tasks such as painting and touch-ups as needed.

Maintain outdoor areas, ensuring they are free of weeds and well-kept through regular weed spraying.

Regular cleaning of windows to maintain a presentable workspace.

Assist with minor maintenance and repairs as required to keep the premises in good condition.Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar maintenance or cleaning role is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
