Working for a large contractor involved in their void property work in the South Birmingham area's. Offering a temp–perm contract and looking for a skilled candidate to jump on board asap Skills and qualities

Looking for someone who is an all rounder on property maintenance 'a jack of all trades'. Working in the voids team – ideally previous experience within social housing. Involved in the likes of joinery, painting, plumbing, tiling etc. Your new role

Monday to Friday 8am–4:30pm Overtime is available after work or Saturday mornings Van, tools and fuel card are provided Temp – 22–23p/h CIS or Umbrella PAYE Perm – 33,000 1 stage interview What you need to do now
