Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth communication and effective resolution of any challenges.

Provide guidance and support to other team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Act as a key point of contact for contractors and oversee their work to ensure it meets the required quality standards.

Deliver regular training sessions to staff on maintenance procedures and resident service best practices.

You must be a proactive, results–driven professional with a strong background in property and maintenance management. With your problem–solving skills and attention to detail, you excel at creating systems that improve efficiency and consistency. You thrive in an in–office environment and are eager to make a positive impact in a role that offers variety and challenges.

Systems–Oriented: Proven ability to create and implement systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, contractors, and team members.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring all property management and maintenance activities are completed to the highest standard.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance best practices.

Driver s License: A valid UK driving license is required, as occasional travel between sites may be necessary.

Competitive Salary: GBP45,000 per annum, reflective of experience and skills.
