We are seeking a diligent Focus Technician to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimising equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Description

Maintain and optimise manufacturing equipment for maximum efficiency.Identify and rectify faults in equipment to minimise downtime.Adhere to all safety and quality standards within the manufacturing plant.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing team.Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.Liaise with suppliers and external technicians as required.Document all maintenance and repair activities for future reference.Participate in training and development programmes to enhance technical skills.Profile

A successful Focus Technician should have:

Relevant technical qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.Excellent problem–solving skills to identify and rectify faults in equipment.Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards within the FMCG industry.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Willingness to participate in continuous learning and development opportunities.Job Offer
