An advanced tableware manufacturer is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on their busy site in Stoke on Trent, working a Monday to Friday days position, offering a salary of c 46K plus 25 days holiday + pension and healthcare. You will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for the maintenance of a variety of machinery from advanced robotics to conveyor systems.

THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:

The Maintenance Engineer will report into the Engineering Team Leader and be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of a complete manufacturing process with a wide variety of machinery including:

Robotics

Conveyors

Vacuum Systems

Gas Dryers

Screen Printing Machinery

As well as maintenance the Maintenance Engineer will be involved with new installations and continuous improvement, making production more efficient.

The site houses Mitsubishi PLC systems

THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE:

Apprentice Trained Maintenance Engineer (or equivalent)

Electrical qualifications

City & Guilds or equivalent

Experience of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment

Good Fault finding capability

Competent with Preventative Maintenance Schedules

Understanding of electrical control systems

Knowledge of sensors, invertors, motors and safety circuits
