You will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for the maintenance of a variety of machinery from advanced robotics to conveyor systems. THE COMPANY: This opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer is a great chance to work for a company that are: Extremely well established with over 200 years experience within the industry Supply high-end, hand crafted products to some prestigious customers A growing company with huge investment plans in terms of technology and development THE ROLE: The Maintenance Engineer will report into the Engineering Team Leader and be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of a complete manufacturing process with a wide variety of machinery including: Robotics Conveyors Vacuum Systems Gas Dryers Screen Printing Machinery As well as maintenance the Maintenance Engineer will be involved with new installations and continuous improvement, making production more efficient. The site houses Mitsubishi PLC systems THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE: Apprentice Trained Maintenance Engineer (or equivalent) Electrical qualifications City & Guilds or equivalent Experience of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment Good Fault finding capability Competent with Preventative Maintenance Schedules Understanding of electrical control systems Knowledge of sensors, invertors, motors and safety circuits This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that is looking for a career with a market leading company, with excellent prospects for the successful applicant to grow with the company and work closely within a maintenance team.
