We are representing a leading manufacturer in the Printing industry, dedicated to providing high–quality products to their valued clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Die Cutter/machine Operator to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you!

This is working on a continential shift pattern, 12 hour shifts, rotating between days and nights! 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain die–cutting machines to produce parts and products according to specifications. Set up die cutters by installing dies, adjusting guides, and ensuring proper machine settings. Monitor the production process to ensure the quality and accuracy of cuts. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the die–cutting process. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain records of production output and machine performance. Qualifications:

GCSE's or equivalent. Proven experience as a die cutter or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of die–cutting machinery and equipment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high–quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem–solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials. Basic computer skills for record–keeping purposes. Benefits:
