Are you an experienced production operative? Are you based in or around Blunham?

Role - Machine Operator - Corrugator Team Member (Pitman Shift)

Location: DS Smith Packaging, South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH, United Kingdom

Rate: £15.46 per hour (paid breaks), Approved working beyond 42 hours per week will considered as overtime.

* OT 1 paid at x1.5 Monday to Saturday

* Ot 2 for Sunday is x2

Contract Length: Temp to Perm

Shift: Pitman Shift, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts with Days and Nights)

Site Tour: 24th October,2024 at 10.00 am

Responsibilities:

* Operate machinery safely and efficiently.

* Ensure productivity and performance targets are met.

* Maintain consistent quality standards.

* Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per schedule.

* Support improvement initiatives as needed.

Essential requirements:

* Safety-focused with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

* Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

* Team player, quality-conscious, and adaptable to multi-skilled working.

Preferred requirements:

* Experience in production or machine operation.
