This is NOT a cash in hand position There is work everyday if someone wants to work Daily responsibilities for a Multi Trader will include: Carrying out repairs on occupied and void properties. Day to day re-active maintenance work. Carpentry and Plumbing repairs. On occasions you may have 3/4 small jobs per day. Travelling to job locations must be taken into account Requirements for the role: Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, carpentry, plastering. Must have social housing experience. A car/van is not compulsory. A clear DBS is needed as well as an Asbestos certificate.
