Make it Count Fundraising Ltd is an established company located in the city of London. We work with charitable clients to enhance the health, wellness, and livelihoods of those they support. We are looking to hire individuals from all backgrounds and experience levels to represent our charities and their activities at sites such as shopping centres and supermarkets across and beyond London. Although previous Sales, Marketing, Retail and Hospitality experience is useful, the key thing is to be enthusiastic and willing to learn, grow and develop across the sector!

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

·Be a UK citizen.

·Be at least 18 years old.

·Live within the London area.

·Fluent in English.

·Well-groomed and presentable.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

·Energised, with an enthusiastic and positive interaction with customers (BIG SMILES ARE ESSENTIAL)!

·Well-spoken with excellent communication skills.

·Strong time management and organisational skills, with responsibility to attend sites on time, with prompt notification to team leader if any issues arise.

·Ability to explain and uphold the culture and values of the charity which is being represented on each shift, whilst adhering to the site’s code of conduct.
