Role Overview:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you ll ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, managing everything from transport logistics to cost control and regulatory compliance. You ll liaise with suppliers, track shipments, and keep all documentation up–to–date, ensuring cost–efficient and timely logistics practices. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule shipments via road, air, sea, and rail for efficient delivery. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with UK and international customs regulations. Track and report logistics metrics, seeking continuous cost improvements. Support warehouse operations, including forklift duties when required. Skills & Experience:

Strong problem–solving and organizational abilities. Familiarity with logistics regulations, including customs. Experience with order processing systems like Sage 50. The Culture:
