On behalf of our private client, we are looking for a professional Head Gardener to work in Fife, Scotland.

The property is based on 1500 acres and although this is a private family Estate, it is run as a business to receive paying guests.

The ideal Gardener will be organised, experienced, creative, confident and flexible.

A horticulture certificate is a must and a passion for garden design is required as you will have free rein, with approval, to design and create.

You will have assistance from a junior gardener/maintenance person and the role is live out with scope to be live in once renovations are finished in a few years.

Day’s & Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with occasional weekend work (pool maintenance and flower arranging mainly)

Start: asap

Salary: £25-30K gross per year

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
