Role: Live-In Nanny (M-F)

Care for: G7 months

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am -7pm (flexibility required) incl 2 nights per week

Location: St Johns Wood

Accommodation: Bedroom & bathroom in an adjacent apartment provided M-F only with nanny to go home at the weekends

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 gross per annum dependent on experience

Start: End of January 2025

A loving, professional UHNW family is seeking an organised,routine-focused, engaging, developmentally career nanny to join their fully staffed household on a permanent full-time basis living in during the week. An ideal nanny is very structured with the well-being and needs of the little girl always as their main focus.

The parents would love to find an excellent professional Nanny who is highly qualified (Norland, Degree in Early Years, Montessori or similar) and who has a wealth of experience in caring for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. They are looking for a nanny who wants to settle in a position long term and who has done so within their previous professional nanny positions.

Working for professional parents who have very demanding professions but who also want to be fully part of their daughters' day to day care, they would like a nanny who can work in partnership with parents, who has excellent communication and is able to ensure a healthy and varied routine for their baby. You will support their daughter’s development and ensure that she achieves her emotional/academic milestones. You will provide a balance of plenty of one-on-one play, games, music, creative activities and outings or trips to the park. Experience of weaning, sleep training, toilet training and preparation for nursery is required.

Working in a semiformal household which is staffed, they would like a nanny who can undertake nursery duties, and can work well with the other staff who have been with the family long term. The family/ extended family has other residences in Monaco and the Caribbean. There will be circa 12-14 weeks of travel per year with the family, including over Christmas, to the Caribbean from mid December-Feb and to Monaco for up to 6 weeks in the summer.

Accommodation provided is in an adjacent 3-bedroom flat which can be used by guests and older siblings if they visit. The nanny will have a bedroom and bathroom which they can live in during the week, Monday - Friday, as the weekend nanny stays in this room over the weekend.
