Job Title: Level 3 SEND Learning Support Assistant

Location: Selly Oak

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £83.41 - 103.23 per day

TeacherActive is proud to partner with a fantastic SEND primary school in Selly Oak. The school follows a varied sensory based curriculum personalised to suit the needs of the children with disabilities.

Underpinning this, is the consistent teaching of people skills, and guidance to assist children develop their social, emotional, and personal abilities. If you have experience working with children who are diagnosed with Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, PMLD / Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties, SEMH /Social Emotional Mental Health, EBD / Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, or ADD / Attention Deficit Disorder then it’s highly likely we will be able to find a rewarding role for you.

The successful Level 3 SEND Learning Support Assistant will have:

Experience working within SEND settings

Level 3 Teaching or Childcare Qualification

Experience supporting children in groups or 1:1

Excellent classroom management

A caring and nurturing personality
