Pear Recruitment –Lettings Negotiator – Maida Vale

Salary - £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission

Driver & Own car required

Our client based in the beautiful area of Maida Vale is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy motivated team. Are you meticulous and enthusiastic with a great work ethic going above and beyond in all aspects of your role. This position would highly suit a candidate with experience within the industry who thrives to impress and work hard with any task that is assigned to them.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

* You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases.

* Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties

* Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.

* Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback.

Required Skills:

* experience working as a Negotiator

* Excellent customer service skills.

* You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.

* It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.

* An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
