Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Location: Epsom, Surrey

Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an independent Estate Agency in the Epsom area and be part of a truly exceptional team of dynamic, customer focused and highly motivated professional people.

The right candidate will be smart, well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed. In addition, you will be passionate about estate agency and lettings and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded on your sales ability.

This role would be best suited to a proactive and driven individual looking to develop a successful Lettings career in a highly supportive environment.

Our Client: Our client is a market leading local independent agency with a reputation for excellent customer service and for being the ‘local expert’ when it comes to both Sales and Lettings.

Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Previous experience in residential lettings

Exceptional customer service skills

Great telephone manner

Outstanding communication skills

Impeccable presentation and delivery

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Local knowledge of the Epsom area helpful

Full UK driving license & car owner
