Lettings Negotiator – Full time – Exeter City Centre – GBP(phone number removed) hours

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings department by leading a team, managing high–value client relationships, and overseeing complex negotiations. This position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the property market, and the ability to manage key accounts while fostering a high–performance, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilties

Act as the point of contact for escalated client matters.Manage key landlord relationships, meeting their expectations.Negotiate and finalise high–value rental agreements. Skills and Experience

Client management skills, handling high–level interactions and complex inquiries.Knowledge of market trends and data analysis for informed decisions.Experience maintaining service quality and adherence to company standards.
