Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER Residential Estate Agency

Location: Slough, SL1

Salary: OTE GBP45k

Position: Permanent Full Time

Our client, a highly successful and instantly recognised Estate Agency brand is looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency Lettings Manager to join their professional team based in the Slough area.

The perfect candidate for this Lettings Manager / Lister role will already currently be in a similar position, have previous experience working in a busy Lettings team, have a great track record in property sales and in generating and winning, instructions.

You will need to be a superb instruction winner, a highly effective sales professional and be driven to succeed.

You will be determined, proactive and have a positive approach: familiarity with the local area an ability to take the business forward.

Previous Estate Agency experience essential our client may consider a competent Senior Lettings Negotiator if they can demonstrate both the right skills and attitude.

Skills required for this Lettings Manager (Residential Sales) role will include:
