Job Title - Lettings Consultant

Location - Birmingham (Hybrid Remote)

Salary - £26000 + OTE

Role Overview

The Lettings Consultant will be part of an existing team, focusing on property lettings and management. The role offers flexible working hours, remote work, and opportunities for growth within a young and fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting site and property visits

Managing lettings and property management processes

Engaging with clients both in-person and over the phone Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle

Strong understanding of the lettings and property management process

Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

Experience in lettings
