Lettings Assistant – Fixed Term Contract (Full Time)

Location: Hampshire

Contract Length: Until August 2025

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading housing association in Hampshire, for a dedicated and customer–focused Lettings Assistant. This full–time, fixed–term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a committed team, ensuring first–class service delivery to customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

– Managing the process from tenancy termination to property advertisement, ensuring seamless transitions.

– Updating housing management systems to ensure compliance with regulations, accurate reporting, and performance monitoring.

– Work closely with local authorities and internal teams to minimize void periods and ensure efficient lettings.

– Provide essential support to colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and help deliver a top–tier lettings service.

What We're Looking For:

– A commitment to delivering customer–focused services, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage change effectively.

– Attention to detail and accuracy in updating systems, with strong time management skills.

– A team player who can communicate confidently and make quick decisions when needed.

– Previous experience in administration or lettings services would be advantageous.

Office Attendance:

Initially, you'll attend the Andover office 2–3 days per week for training, transitioning to one day per week on average.
