ARx is currently supporting a startup Property Services company (Property Lettings and Sales) that is coming to East Sussex.

As part of this company's setting up, they are looking for competent people to join the business on a part time basis, to support and manage their own portfolio of properties on behalf of a large local client.

The Role

End to End management of 8 properties currently used as Student Lettings properties Managing Maintenance Requests and Dealing with Tenancy Disputes where neccessary Managing move ins and move outs Helping with Letting the properties via online platforms Managing Guarantors and Students Dealing with Customer Service requests Supporting accounts in chasing payments Acting as a point of contact for your tenants. The Requirements

A confident communicator Ideally with experience in Lettings (not essential) Must have a willingness to learn, and a hard work ethic Someone capable of working independently, and as part of a growing and dynamic team The Remuneration

20,000 – 25,000 per year plus benefits Interested?
