Location: Hounslow

Salary: GBP28K–GBP32K (DOE)

Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Alternate Saturdays 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Bank Holidays Closed

The Role:

We are seeking a driven and motivated Lettings Manager to lead the team in our busy Hounslow branch. You will manage property instructions, oversee maintenance repairs, secure new business, and deliver top–notch service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants Negotiating tenancies and building strong relationships with local property owners Achieving personal and branch targets Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Requirements:

Minimum 5 years recent experience in the lettings or estate agency industry Ambitious, target–driven, and able to multitask in a fast–paced environment Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of the ALTO system (preferred) Local area knowledge is advantageous, as is fluency in another language (Panjabi, Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu is beneficial but not essential) UK Driving Licence and own transport Benefits:
