We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary with a strong background in commercial property law to support our clients legal team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and formatting legal documents, including contracts, leases, and correspondence

Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings

Assisting with the completion of commercial property transactions

Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals

Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and maintaining case recordsAbout You:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a commercial property environment is ideal but not essential

Strong knowledge of legal terminology and property transactions

Exceptional organisational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
