Duties include * Opening and closing files on the case management system * Archiving files * Typing of general correspondence * Meeting and greeting clients on arrival * Operating the switchboard and taking accurate messages * Opening, logging and distributing incoming post * Photocopying and scanning documents * Keeping the reception and waiting area clean and tidy
