A new vacancy has arisen for a Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join a well respected and friendly law firm based in Accrington. This role is a split role to work on reception two and a half days per week and deal with general secretarial support to the office.

The firm are very flexible with hours and will offer both part time and full time hours.

Duties include

* Opening and closing files on the case management system

* Archiving files

* Typing of general correspondence

* Meeting and greeting clients on arrival

* Operating the switchboard and taking accurate messages

* Opening, logging and distributing incoming post

* Photocopying and scanning documents

* Keeping the reception and waiting area clean and tidy
