Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bank reconciliations with precision and accuracy.

Facilitate payments via CHAPS, BACS, and foreign payment systems.

Ensure client funds are allocated correctly and promptly.

Handle billing and bank deposits.

Build rapport with clients both in person and over the phone.

Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries.

Support and contribute to a safe and positive work environment.

Assist in enhancing office processes and procedures.

Undertake any other tasks as required by the firm to ensure smooth operations.

Essential

Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with a keen eye for accuracy.

A collaborative team player with a professional approach to relationship building.

Familiarity with Solicitors' Accounts Rules and experience using Legal Accounts software.

Previous experience as a cashier in a legal or solicitor's office.
