Leasehold Services Lead

Salary: 62,000 – 70,000 p.a.

Location: London

Contract: Full–time

Panoramic Associates is partnering with a London local authority to find an experienced Leasehold Services Lead. This position involves managing Housing Management Services for approximately 2,000 leaseholders within a diverse portfolio. You will work directly under the Head of Local Authority Housing and lead a dedicated team of five Leasehold Services Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee resales, including preparing and managing Sellers Information Packs.Handle lease–related inquiries, enforce lease terms, and manage Anti–Social Behaviour (ASB) cases.Administer service charge collections, ensuring timely and accurate accounts management.Represent the local authority in cases brought to the First Tier Tribunal.Process applications for Lease Extensions, Collective Enfranchisement, Staircasing, and sub–letting for shared ownership properties.Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, case law, and industry best practices.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

Proven ability to manage leasehold properties, including Right to Buy (RTB), Shared Ownership, and Outright Sales portfolios.Strong knowledge of Section 20 consultations and a sound understanding of Shared Ownership Management.Ability to interpret leases accurately, explain complex information clearly, and interact confidently with leaseholders.Skilled in managing teams and maintaining detailed records, with an emphasis on compliance and customer satisfaction.Comfortable with spreadsheets, and a data–driven mindset to improve decision–making and reporting.If this role aligns with your experience, or if you know someone who would be a great fit, please send an up–to–date CV to Lola Balogun at Panoramic Associates for a confidential discussion.
