Hamilton Woods are currently recruiting for a Leasehold Officer to join an organisation on a temporary basis to work within their leasehold and private rent team.

Responsibilities of the Leasehold Officer:

Manage leasehold propertiesOversee budgets and services charges for leasehold propertiesDeal with breaches of leasesAssist in property purchases and buybacksComplete scheme inspectionsEssential Requirements of the Leasehold Officer:
