Currently looking for a Learning & Development professional/Specialist who is based in New York. Relocation and Visa packages are also available for the right person.

The successful Learning & Development Professional/Specialist works in

Investment banking/Hedge funds ONLY.

Salary: $200,000-$300,000

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing innovative learning opportunities for staff across various roles and levels of seniority. The skills you will cover may include project management, idea generation, prioritisation, effective interviewing, and time management. Collaborating with both internal and external experts, you will identify best practices and create tailored programs, such as case-based workshops, online simulations, group coaching, and on-demand resources. Additionally, you will measure the impact of these programs. Based on your expertise and interests, you may also have the chance to facilitate classes. You will work closely with stakeholders, colleagues and external vendors to ensure the success of these initiatives.

Manage multiple projects at once, interact and collaborate productively with teammates and stakeholders across the firmCritical thinker who can quickly get up to speed on new content areas by researching and synthesising a wide range of information and conveying it succinctly are highly sought after.Essential qualities include a commitment to setting and achieving ambitious goals, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and keen attention to detail.Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher and an impressive record of academic and professional achievement.
