Late Machine Operator

Location: Littleport, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 14:00-00:00 Monday-Thursday

Hourly Rate / Salary: £12.07 per hour + holiday pay with salary increases based on skill level

Duration: Temporary to Permanent with career progression

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join a well-established company who focus on employee progression and enhancing skills. Full training is provided with this role, but previous manufacturing experience is desirable. You will be confident in using hand tools, measuring products and working on heavy machinery.

If successful on pre-screening you may be asked to work on a paid 4 hour trial period

What we are looking for:

* Positive attitude towards work and colleagues

* Be able to work independently or within small teams.

* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.

* Previous experience working with hand and power tools.

* Previous experience operating machinery

* To be able to measure out products accurately

* Happy with heavy lifting

Candidates must have:

* Driving license preferable due to location and shift pattern

* Capable with heavy lifting

* Strong communication skills

* Reading and writing skills

* Positive working attitude
