Futures are looking to appoint a Junior Quality Inspector for one of Yorkshires best known manufacturing businesses. This role will involve a visual inspection of goods coming in, in process and last off inspection.

The successful Junior Quality Inspector must have a keen eye for detail and have worked within a manufacturing environment previously. The successful quality inspector should have the ability to implement corrective action policies with both internal and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with production line operators to improve standards of parts production

Implement root cause analysis strategies and other problem solving techniques

Identify opportunities for improvement

First off, in process and last off inspection experience

Demonstrate strong communication skills particularly with the shop floor guys

Ability to understand and read drawings

Ability to visually inspect products

Junior Quality Inspector / Visual Inspection / Quality Engineer /

Qualification and Experience:

Problem solving experience in a quality department, with root cause analysis and 8d knowledge

Engineering or Manufacturing background

HND/HNC Qualification or equivalent

Experience of quality in a broad sense, with ISO experience, goods inspection and production line experience.
