Join our team as a Junior Marketing Executive based in Malvern, where you’ll collaborate with our UK offices on high-impact campaigns that truly make a difference. This full-time role offers you the chance to be fully immersed in the creative and strategic world of marketing, developing your skills while working in-office alongside an inspiring team of professionals.

In this role, you’ll contribute to both internal and external campaigns, leveraging search trends and creating content that directly supports our growth. You’ll manage social media channels and craft compelling email campaigns, designing, filming, and executing social content that keeps our audience engaged and informed. Additionally, you’ll dive into blog writing and share industry insights to keep our brand at the forefront.

Beyond content creation, you’ll have opportunities to shape our communications both internally and externally, from newsletters to intranet updates, ensuring everything aligns seamlessly with our brand. You’ll even partner with Business Development to expand our B2B presence, bridging the gap between strategy and client growth.

If you’re detail-oriented, with skills in proofreading and social media management, and a familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), this role is the perfect launchpad for you. We’re looking for candidates with around a year of digital marketing experience and a strong interest in social media. In return, you’ll gain hands-on training, exposure to various facets of marketing, and the chance to grow with us.
