  Role Description:
  Our client is a London–based specialist security services provider combining expert knowledge, advanced technology and a client–focused approach to deliver world–class protection across a variety of sectors. A highly accredited business with a reputation that is held in high regard across multiple industries, our client is now looking to appoint a Junior Commercial Manager to join its growing Team. As Junior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing support with operations when required, defining target markets and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal Junior Commercial Manager will have proven experience in a similar role, with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast–paced environment, with a Team dedicated to providing high–class security solutions to its clients.
  Responsibilities:
  Identify and target new business opportunities within the security sector, focusing on security solutions such as CCTV, access control, etc.
  Monitor and evaluate activities, services of the competition
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, offering security solutions that ensure site safety and asset protection
  Collaborate with business development team to develop bespoke security proposals that address specific needs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
  Contribute to key development activities aimed at driving business growth
  Analyse relevant data to create management insights that guide informed decision–making
  Assist with managing meetings by preparing and delivering meeting materials and ensuring timely completion of action items
  Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with relevant guidelines
  Stay informed on trends and regulations to position the company's solutions as essential for site security and safety
  Represent the company at industry–specific events and networking opportunities to generate new leads and promote security solutions
  Prepare and deliver proposals as well as business presentations
  Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations
  Responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing plans
  Requirements:
  Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computer science or equivalent experience
  A critical thinker with sound negotiation skills
  Able to collaborate and demonstrate sound time management and judgment skills
  Possess strong business acumen
  Comfortable with taking leadership roles
  Has a robust pipeline of contacts to network with
  Prior experience in a similar role
  Collaborate with team members to meet and improve upon goals and to solve problems
