Reperio Human Capital is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Belfast. This is a high reward entry-level position, where you'll receive first class recruitment training and mentoring (approx. 8-10 weeks) and have the same responsibilities as a full recruitment consultant. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for your clients and candidates, and have full autonomy over your own niche market, focusing on the growing Irish technology market. Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant

Proactively sourcing candidates - you'll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.Guiding candidates through the recruitment process - you'll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience.Staying informed about industry trends - providing market insights and managing expectations.Generating new business - chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients.Introducing candidates to clients - you'll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback.Ensuring a seamless recruitment process - your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates.

Package & Benefits
