Our client is a market leading automotive first tier supplier with a global customer base.

They are currently seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join their internal sales team.

In this varied role you will act as first point of contact for incoming customer calls which will be concerning engineering, production, scheduling or quality issues and solve or escalate as necessary.

You will establish long-term working relationships at all levels within your allotted customers and work closely with your colleagues internally such as Business Development, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Material Control to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre in a relevant discipline such as Engineering or Business with at least 3 years internal sales or customer account management experience within automotive / aerospace or similar manufacturing business, European language skills such as French / German would be a real bonus!

The role is office based with limited hybrid flexibility – you will probably live in Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Grendon or north Birmingham.

Salary is around £35 - 40,000 plus benefits etc.
