Job Title: Internal Sales Engineer

Location: Uckfield, East Sussex

Salary: up to £32,000 plus benefits

Are you looking for an Internal Sales Engineer job opportunity in Uckfield, East Sussex?

My client is a well-established growing business, that designs and manufactures a range of electronic instrumentation products that are used all over the world.

Due to expansion, they are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join their growing team based in Uckfield, East Sussex. The focus of this role will be to manage new and existing customers from initial enquiry to detailed quotations and bid documents.

Duties of this Internal Sales Engineer position will include:

Answer general and technical enquiries providing support and advice.

Develop new and existing customers with support from the sales team

Use a CRM system to prepare quotations and bid documents

Secure appointments for the field sales engineers

Liaise with the other sales teams to support in closing orders/bids

Experience required for this Internal Sales Engineer position:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or industry experience

Ability to read and analyse technical terms

Excellent communication skills

Well organised with great time management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable in a fast paced sales environment
