Interim Senior Employee Relations Specialist

Staffordshire

£27.50 per hour (Umbrella)

Hybrid Working

We have an urgent position for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support our client on an interim basis until December 31st 2024 with potential for extension.

The successful candidate will have experience in an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Specialist role ideally within a unionised environment.

Key Duties include:

Dealing with Complex Employee Relations matters

Providing expert advice on employee relations and employment law, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, flexible working and absence management.

Coaching line managers in resolving employee relations challenges and play a key role in HR projects.Please apply of you have:
