ROLE: Integration Project Manager

TYPE: Outside IR35 Contract - Initial 6 months

RATE: £550 - £650 / Day + VAT

LOC: East Midlands twice per week, 3 days remote

I'm hiring for an East Midlands based client who have made a series of acquisitions and are looking for a seasoned PM Contractor (with strong Integration project experience) to join them and support with the integration activity. This is a hands-on PM role which will over see the project management (governance & delivery), of the integration workstreams, including, but not limited to, HR systems, Finance Systems, Procurement Systems etc. and all traditional core back-office functions, into the new combined organisation.

Only people with demonstrable experience working on merger / integration / acquisition / takeover projects will be considered and all applicants must be willing to work 2 days per week in the East Midlands head office. This is an Outside IR35 engagement and will start ASAP, ideally no later than early November 2024.
