At Spice Shack, we bring Award-Winning Indian Street Food to the heart of London, serving up authentic, mouth-watering dishes with great energy. With popular branches in Park Royal & Wembley, we have amazing customers and amazing staff. We need someone to help refine and expand our current offerings, so menu development experience is highly preferred

Who Are You?

Experienced as a Prep or Curry Cook, specialising in North Indian cuisine,
Knowledgeable in health and safety rules within the kitchen
Skilled in the use of cutting tools and kitchen utensils, with manual dexterity
A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to stay positive under pressure
Knowledge of marinations is a bonus but not required
Reliable, self-sufficient, and passionate about cooking

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
Some secondary education required; full completion is a plus
Based in London and available to start within 2 weeks
Legal right to work in the UK is essential
