Join Our Clients Team! Inbound Customer Service Role - Bridgeton

Temp to Perm role

£12 per hour

Are you passionate about helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our clients team in Bridgeton on a temp to perm basis

Schedule:

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Weekends: 1-2 Saturdays per month (with a weekday off to balance) Role Details:

Location: On-site in Bridgeton

Responsibilities: Responding to inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with their queries, and providing outstanding service with a smile. What We're Looking For:

Great communication skills

A positive, problem-solving attitude
