Job Title: Hygiene Operative

Location: Kettering

Hours: 42.5 per week – paid breaks

Shifts: Monday to Friday 13.45-22.15

Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of production areas, equipment, and utensils to meet health and safety regulations

Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards

Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cleaning or hygiene role, preferably in a food production environment.

Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.

Willingness to work in a cold environment, typical of ice cream production areas.Person Specification:
