We have partnered with a leading high-risk manufacturing organisation looking to appoint a Health and Safety Manager to lead at their site in Telford. As the Health and Safety Manager you will be accountable for driving change and developing the safety culture at this key site.

The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:

Lead and support on various site H&S mattersBuild relationships with key stakeholders across the sites, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practiceMaintain the sites compliance within the Group Health and Safety Management SystemEnsure all H&S training needs are fulfilledAudit site-based management systems to ensure full complianceDevelop and run H&S workshops and meetings The Health and Safety Manager Candidate will have:
