HR Operations Manager

A unique opportunity to join an academic client on a full-time or part-time basis. Joining their developing community will offer involvement with all aspects of HR functions from talent attraction to employee relations. Managing just one HR Administrator, this role offers independence and variety, a role to make your own!

Please note that this is a fully office-based role. Applicants seeking part-time or full-time will be considered from 22.5 hours to 37.5 hours

HR Operations Manager Responsibilities

This is a varied and autonomous role with responsibility for:

Managing the entire employee life cycle within the organisationLiasing with senior management to provide advice and guidance on HR functionsFacilitating recruitment processes including drafting adverts, arranging interviews, liaising with external recruitment resources and contract draftingPreparing monthly payrollProviding secretarial duties to personnel committeeUpdating relevant procedures and policies for organisation in line with current employment legislation

HR Operations Manager Experience Essentials

Excellent time management and organsiational skillsExperience within a similar environment or standalone HR roleA high level or written and verbal skillsPrevious experience in offering in depth support to senior management on HR solutionsUp to date knowledge of UK employment laws and regulationsCIPD qualifications would be advantageous but candidates who are qualified by experience may also be considered
