Job Title: HR Manager - CIPD 5

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: GBP40K-GBP60K DEO+ 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Pension Scheme + fantastic company benefits

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy across the business. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and helping to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Writing & Implementing HR Policies: Create and update HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and compliance.Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs to help team excel.Appraisal Writing: Lead the creation of structured appraisals and performance reviews, ensuring fair and consistent feedback processes.Team Management: Oversee and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.Employee Relations: Manage employee queries and maintain a positive working environment.Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment efforts to bring in the best talent for our growing team.

Experience and Skills Required:

CIPD Level 5 qualification is a must.Experience in writing and implementing policies and procedures.Strong background in training, performance appraisals, and team management.Excellent communication and people skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.Previous HR experience in a fast-paced environment
