As the HR Business Partner you will:

Developing people strategies aligned with business goalsDelivering HR solutions to business unitsImplementing talent management and succession planningDriving performance management and employee engagement initiativesAssisting in change management processesEnsuring compliance with HR policies and proceduresCollaborating with HR teams to streamline processesManaging HR related projects as requiredProfile

A successful HR Business Partner should:

Be fluent in French, both written and verbalExperience in strategic and operational HR rolesStrong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, ideally in the UK and FranceExperience in change management and organisational developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive approach and the ability to work independentlyJob Offer

50k - 60k + Car Allowance

The role is based in Plymouth with regular travel to Portsmouth, Poole and France!

An essential criteria for the role is candidates must be fluent in French, both written and verbal
