Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with our client to gain an HR Business Partner on a up to 4 months FTC paying up to GBP55k (FTE).

The ideal person for this role would be based in a commutable distance from Reading. The role will be predominately home based with a few days based at the office in Reading. This will be for in person meetings.

In this role you will be reporting into a fantastic HR Director and be providing expert support with consultations and change programmes.

As an experienced HR professional, you will have expert knowledge and experience of application of employment legislation in both individual and collective consultation.

You will also have knowledge to provide guidance on mitigation of any potential risks.

As a person you ll also have the experience to successfully communicate, influence and interact with all different levels of stakeholders in this large and successful business.

The salary for this role will be up to GBP55k per annum (FTE) depending on experience along with some great benefits!
