About the Company:

About the Role:

This is a true generalist HRBP position and experience in a similar role is required. The ideal candidate will come from either the retail or hospitality sector, with previous experience as a HR Business Partner, Junior HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.

Responsibilities:

Performance management and training and development. Recruitment and onboarding. Building credible relationships, coaching, supporting, and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship-building and communication skills are key within the role. Support and work with the leadership team to support change and mentor store managers Provide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management, and talent management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferably retail or hospitality with proven experience as a generalist HR partner. Strong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders. Rapport builder & natural coach. CIPD credentials are an advantage. Experience working across corporate / head office functions. Ability to work autonomously and make decisions. Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values. Solution Orientated, exceptionally well-organised, innovative problem solver.
