The Senior HR Business Partner will have a proven successful track record working in a complex environment/organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Partnering and Employee Relations, experience of managing others, setting performance targets and knowledge and experience of working for a local authority. In return, they will offer flexible working and the opportunity to make a real difference to the local community. We offer a hybrid working environment for our staff where you will work a minimum of 2 days a week from our modern offices in Catford (London).
