Are you an experienced HR Generalist seeking a new opportunity in a fast moving manufacturing environment? Our client, a leading global manufacturing business, is seeking an HR Assistant for a 6 month period to work with the VP of HR and the Plant Manager to support their manufacturing site.

HR Assistant Role Details:

6 Month ContractHours: 37.5 hours per weekOnsite Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday)Leicester basedManufacturing business What You'll Do as HR Assistant:

Support the Plant Manager with all employee and operational HR activities.Handle general HR activities including grievances, disciplinariesProvide contractual support.Staff engagement activitiesSupporting hiring activities and agency managementData management to support attendance reviews, payroll checks, holiday reports to manage time offPerformance management review processReview of policies and procedures plus staff handbook updatesSupported by VP HR. Requirements:

HR Generalist experienceManufacturing background, with experience in managing shift workers.Health & Safety experience is a plus. To Apply
