Are you wanting to further develop your HR Career or looking to take a step back? This is really varied role where no two days are the same and a great opportunity to be involved in an all-round HR Role where further development is on offer if you want it. The role of HR Assistant / Administrator will involve: Provide general administrative assistance for the HR departmentProcess new starter, leavers and right to workAssisting with recruitment initiativesMaintaining accurate HR records including processing staff holidays, recording sickness etc nad producing reports Carry out inductions for new startersFirst line advice on HR related matters Monitor the HR mailbox and phone calls provide first line support or assign to relevant peson for review The ideal candidate for the role of HR Assistant / Administrator Experience of working within a busy human resource teamExperience in assisting with recruitmentA solid background within administrationGood use of MS Office including Word and Excel with excellent attention to detailCIPD qualification or working towards would be an advantage but not essentialPayroll experience ideal but not essentialConfident in communicating at all levels.Do not miss out apply now Or call (phone number removed).
