HR Advisor vacancy in London

We are searching for suitable candidates to cover a HR Advisor position in London with one of our clients (oil & gas/energy)

Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: London office

Contract type: one year fixed term contract

Salary: day rate information available at our office

Purpose of the role:

Advising and managing the core business activity with respect to the mobilization of international employees. Responsible for a specific region and act as a key focal point for Local HR within the company subsidiaries and HR Management in HQ in relation to mobility activities.

The ideal candidate:

- 2/3 years' experience minimum in a global mobility role

- Candidate must have experience managing the end-to-end mobility process, not just smaller parts of it

- HR degree or similar is preferred (if a candidate doesn't have this but has relevant experience this is also okay)

- Able to handle high workload, flexible, willing to meet business urgencies

- Soft skills: Effective communication, proactive, good organisation skills, good stakeholder management

- Fluent level of English. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
